"Refund came through, but the charge was annoying"
I got charged after the trial ended, which left a bad taste because I wasn’t expecting it. I reached out to support and, to be fair, they did respond and the refund showed up after a few days. Still, the whole thing was a bit frustrating and could’ve been handled better upfront.

"I’ve been using apowersoft for a few months..."
I’ve been using apowersoft for a few months now, it feels like a good deal. I was in a practical mood when I signed up, just trying to avoid paying for a bunch of separate tools, and this ended up covering what I needed. The price feels fair, and I haven’t run into any weird renewal surprises so far. Overall, I’m happy with what I’m getting for the money.

"Decent idea, but the recording quality let me down"
I used it to record a few screen videos, i was disappointed. The audio came out kind of muffled, and the video looked noticeably less sharp after saving. I tried messing with different settings to be fair, but it still didn’t really improve much. It does technically work, but politely put, the final quality just wasn’t what I was expecting.

"Works fine, just a little clunky sometimes"
I’ve been using it for screen recording and that part works well overall. It does what I need it to do. The editing tools, though, feel a bit limited and sometimes I have to click around to figure out what’s going on... not terrible, just not as smooth as I expected.

"Pretty decent, I think"
It runs fine most of the time, or at least that’s been my experience. Every now and then it starts lagging or crashes, which is frustrating. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but when it works, it’s decent enough...

"I had a tough time figuring out..."
I had a tough time figuring out even the basic stuff. The menus felt cluttered and not very intuitive, so I got frustrated quickly. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not understanding it instead of actually helping, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Went from worried to relieved fast"
I was a bit stressed when I ran into the issue, then kind of surprised by how quickly support got back to me. They fixed it way faster than I expected, and I went from frustrated to totally relieved quickly.
